Delivery
- Home delivery in all 24 governorates of Tunisia.
- Delivery fee: 7 DT per order.
- Estimated time: 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
- Payment in cash on delivery to the courier. No online payment.
- We may call you to confirm your order before shipping, so please give a reachable phone number.
Returns and withdrawal
- You have 10 working days after receipt to change your mind.
- Lenses must be returned in their original packaging, blisters sealed and unopened. For hygiene reasons, an opened blister cannot be taken back unless defective.
- Return costs are paid by you.
- Refund within 10 working days of receiving the return.
Non-conforming, defective or damaged product
Contact us within 10 working days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will offer an exchange or a refund, including delivery and return costs.
How to return a product

- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Once the parcel is received and checked, we refund or exchange.
