Terms of sale

Last updated: October 2026. These general terms of sale govern sales concluded on tunislenses.com, in accordance with Tunisian Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the site by a consumer for delivery in Tunisia. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms, which are available from every page of the site.

3. Products

Tunis Lenses sells cosmetic colored contact lenses with no correction (0.00) from the Wonderlook (1-month wear) and 3D (6-month wear) brands. Key characteristics (shade, wearing period, diameter, base curve, water content, box contents) are shown on each product page. Photos are for illustration: how a shade looks depends on your natural eye color.

Contact lenses are medical devices. Before use, consult an eye-care professional, read the leaflet, respect the wearing period and hygiene rules, and never share your lenses. If you feel redness, pain or discomfort, remove the lenses immediately and see a professional.

4. Prices and offers

Prices are in Tunisian dinars (DT), all taxes included. Delivery costs (7 DT per order) are shown before the order is confirmed. Prices and offers are valid while displayed; the applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed.

Wonderlook offer: every set of 5 Wonderlook pairs (any shades) costs 150 DT instead of 200 DT. The discount is applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

5. Ordering steps

1. Choose products and add them to the cart.
2. Review the cart: change quantities or remove items.
3. Enter delivery details (name, phone, address, governorate).
4. Full order summary (products, prices, discount, delivery, total), with the option to correct it, then acceptance of these terms.
5. Confirm the order with the order button.
6. A summary e-mail is sent if you provided an e-mail address; Tunis Lenses may also call you to confirm the order before shipping.

The contract is concluded when Tunis Lenses accepts the order. On request, the customer receives within 10 days of the contract a written or electronic document with all the details of the sale.

6. Payment

Payment is made exclusively in cash on delivery to the courier, for the full order amount (products after discount, plus delivery). No online payment is requested.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address given, in all 24 governorates of Tunisia, within an estimated 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Please check the parcel on receipt. If an ordered product is unavailable, Tunis Lenses informs the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date; the order or the affected part is then cancelled at no cost and any amount paid is refunded in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 10 working days from receipt to withdraw, by informing Tunis Lenses by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail (details in section 1). Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging, with blisters sealed and unopened. Return costs are paid by the customer. Tunis Lenses refunds the amounts paid within 10 working days of receiving the return.

Under Article 32 of Law No. 2000-83, and for hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to lenses whose blister has been opened, except in case of an apparent or hidden defect.

9. Non-conforming or defective products

If the product delivered does not match the order, or the delivery deadline was not met, the customer may return it within 10 working days of delivery. Tunis Lenses then refunds the price and related costs (delivery and return) within 10 working days of the return, or exchanges the product if the customer prefers. Products remain covered by the legal guarantee against hidden defects.

11. Customer service and complaints

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Tunisian courts will have jurisdiction.
